Bill sent me flowers
I took this with my phone so it's kind of blurry, but they really were beautiful. It looked as pretty from the back as it did from the front. Love the peacock feathers! And the sunflowers! Thanks, Bill!

Recent Pics
What the heck is up with this??!? Amongst various healthy, living plants, there is a tree that is - all of a sudden and for no apparent reason - dead. The weird thing is the right next to it, a bird is impaled on a barbed wire fence. Also dead. I can't help but think these two things are connected somehow. Any ideas?
Close up of dead bird.
Here's Jimmy, dressed in his Allied finest, about to hit the road with Bill for work.
We made brownies. Gavin licked the spoon.

Travis's Work
This is a kitchen counter made of concrete and crushed up bottles of various colors. Travis Harmon (cretativeconcepts.com). Lovely work, and smooth as marble. It's amazing what this guy can do.
Another view of the kitchen counter.
This is a built-in draining place on the counter. It's tilted, to drain water away. Super cool.
This is a bathroom counter. It has various broken mirrors and reflective things in it, also concrete, also created by Travis.
A huge table in a beach theme. It weighed 900 lbs. !
Cool stuff was buried in the sand - cell phone, beer bottles, starfish, shells, money, etc. Really neat.
Dolphins were imbedded in the water.

Sam's Teeth and Some Flowers
Poor baby had her wisdom teeth taken out. She wouldn't let me take her picture until 3 or 4 days later. Here's little chipmunk face and her brother. He was sick, took, having been to the emergency room with very infected ears. His eardrums were about to burst, the doctor said. So they were both vicodin-ed out for a few days.
Miserable little things... :(
Here's a pot of flowers I put together. Then, Mike from Asheville sent me some micronutrient spray to feed them.
Wow! This is what they look like mere weeks later!! Incredible stuff! Thanks, Mike.
