Snow - Continued

Sunday. I guess it's all over now. My house.

 

Roy is taking the grandkids for a ride on the ice sheet that is now the road in front of the house.

  

  

  

Looks like another day in the trenches. I don't dare try to drive on this!

  

SNOW!

Snow started on Friday afternoon.

The birds are eating constantly! The numbers are impressive. I must be the only person with seed out.

This is Saturday morning. It's supposed to snow and sleet off and on throughout the day. Fingers crossed that there's more snow than sleet.  (Who else HATES the new Blogger photo uploader?)  

Vardemis is watching the birds. He doesn't know what to think about the snow.

My new lamp. I got tired of lying on the couch trying to read without a lamp.

  

And I bought new curtains for the kitchen.

  

My new laundry room. Yay! I was so tired of my dryer being in my dining room, so at Christmas, Bill and Travis combined efforts to put my laundry room in order. Travis moved the dryer in by the washer, and Bill installed a hanging area for hangers and clothes and also some shelving. Thanks! I still have some decorating to do in here, but so far I love it.

  

Slacker!

I've been really bad about updating my blog lately, but frankly nothing that interesting has happened. Here are some pictures I've taken lately. Nothing exciting, but it does bring me up to date. Here's Ace. Old timer :)

Sam took this picture of me in the throes of massive Prednisone treatment for stupid polyps in my nose and a vicious back ache. Note to self: If anyone ever wants to prescribe Prednisone, make sure there's no alternative! This is how it makes me feel.

Gavin came for his Christmas gifts a week or two after Christmas and seemed absolutely thrilled with the big rigs that Bill got him.
