Baking at Home

I made one big recipe of soft roll dough. Here it is after the bulk ferment (which I did in my microwave - free of drafts in there). Then I scaled it into 4 sections. Here it is resting.
I then made one loaf of white sandwich bread, one pan of cinnamon rolls, and one pan of knot rolls. Here they are before the second proofing.
Here they are afterwards. Damn! My stupid phone camera.... Blurred up this pic.
Anyway, here they are all baked. I put the extra dough in a ball in the freezer. I'm curious to see how it'll thaw and bake.
