Citrus infused whipped cream

Mix whipping cream with zest of a lemon, a lime, and an orange. Heat (don't boil) for about 5 minutes. Pour into coverable container and refrigerate till cold again.
 Pour in bowl. Whisk. Whisk. Whisk.
 Yes, I was forced to switch to my bigger whisk.
