The kids are up in DC with their dad, and Bill had to go on a trip so I decided to go with him. Jimmy graciously agreed to stay at the house and care for the kitties so I could make the trip. He also took this picture of us just before we left.

This is where we spent the night. My first night of sleeping in a truck stop. It was much quieter than I expected. It was kind of fun really. Like camping out!
The next morning, I had my first truck stop shower in this Pilot Travel Center. Surprisingly clean and un-weird feeling.
