Samantha and Michael do DC

While Bill and I went on the road, Sam and Mike traveled to Washington DC to see their dad. He really showed them a good time. They went to the White House, which Mike said was smaller than he thought it would be.

The next night, Dave got a room in very nice hotel in DC. It was The Fairmont.

They went to see a show at Kennedy Center. Shear Madness, I think they said it was called. They absolutely loved it! Here they are all dressed to go.

The next day, they all went to the Smithsonian. San sent me this picture of rockets there.

They had a really nice time and arrived safely home again.
